Instructor Attendance window
Purpose
Use this window to establish report criteria and generate the Attendance Sheet by Instructor report.
To access this window
Select Attendance Sheet by Instructor on the Report Catalog window - Scheduling tab and click Run.

Fields and boxes

| Instructor | Select an instructor for whom you want to generate a report. All Instructors is selected by default. |
| Print Student Rate & Balance | Select this check box to print the rate charged to the student for the class and the balance of that amount owed to the instructor. |
| Print Phone Numbers | Select this check box to print the student's phone number on the report. |

Options for page break

Indicate if you want to start a new page for each instructor or if you want to start a new page for each instructor and weekday combination. Instructor is selected by default. |
Buttons

Accepts your changes to the window and displays the Select Output Destination window where you can generate your report. |
| Cancel |
Cancels your changes and returns to the Report Catalog window. |
